(1) At the time of commencement of these rules, the employees working in the General Forestry Group, Soil and Water Conservation Group, Wotni Group, National Parks and Wildlife Group, Forest Research Group and Hattisar Group of Nepal Forest Service shall be considered to be grouped in the respective groups. are (2) Among the employees working in Nepal Forest Service during the commencement of these rules, other than the employees as per sub-rule (1), the employees will be determined and informed along with the position in the group in which they will be retained.
